| Well, lots has happened of course...since, I seem to average about a month in between posts.
I am engaged! (Well, most of you knew this, but for those of you who didn't , now you do!) Now...comes the fun/hard part. Deciding everything else. Adam and I are getting to the point where we want to start planning for the big day, but we have to figure out the financial and logistical part of some of that first.
I got a MacBook Pro! In fact, I am typing on it right now. Since I am living at home this semester, I decided to use my loan money for something that I have not ever had...a laptop, and why not get the best you can?
I finally broke down and bought and ipod! I am excited about it. It is red and engraved with my name and Boomer Sooner! Plus, part of my proceeds went to AIDS research.
Student teaching is going great. I have a few boys that were a bit crushed when Adam proposed. I would get little notes, and I even got a paper clip necklace. It was cute...
I find that I am really overwhelmed by some things. I love some of my lessons, but I keep looking at the future, and I don't know how I'll manage it all!!! |

| I know it has been a little over a month since I've posted...but, I guess I just don't have the heart for xanga anymore. I'm debating the whole MySpace issue more and more.
I started student teaching this week, and it has been amazing so far! I love the kids, I love my teacher...things are going great! I'm in second grade and it is interesting seeing the younger side of things more up close. I might have to start posting the funny things they do and say.
I've also had a lot to think about this week. Being a grown up and making big decisions is not always a fun thing.....grr....But, I'm trying to really make the right decision.
Anyway...I hope all is well with the few who still read this!
